ARTIST PROFILE – Caroline Packer

Nature serves as both a canvas and a source of inspiration in my work, reflecting the serene beauty of Australia.

Through my art, I aim to convey the healing power of the natural world, inviting viewers to connect with their surroundings and find moments of tranquillity. Each piece embodies a deep appreciation for the landscapes I explore, from the calm waters of Lakes Entrance to the moody sunsets that grace our skies and the uniqueness of the Australian Outback.

My practice is rooted in Transpersonal Art Therapy, where I blend artistic expression with therapeutic principles. This approach allows me to create works that not only depict nature but also foster emotional well-being. I believe that art can be a powerful tool for reflection and healing, encouraging individuals to engage with their feelings and experiences.  Drawing from my experiences in various natural settings, I strive to evoke a sense of peace and mindfulness in my audience. The colours and forms in my work are carefully chosen to resonate with the viewer, creating a dialogue between the artwork and the observer.

By highlighting the beauty of our environment, I hope to inspire a deeper connection to nature and promote a sense of community among those who share this appreciation. In every piece, I aim to celebrate the landscapes that shape our identities and nurture our spirits.

My art serves as a gentle reminder of the beauty that exists in our everyday lives.
