While living in Qatar during the 1980s I learnt the art of hand painting on silk which was the start of my creative life. I loved the unpredictability of the dye on the silk and the versatility of the art form. Since returning to Swifts Creek over the years I have diversified and have worked in a variety art forms.

I love discovering new art practices as being creative is my passion in life. Alcohol Ink is a bit like silk painting where the movement of the ink is unpredictable and the brilliance of the colours. I also work with water colours.
